Shipping Information
Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation along with your tracking ID will be sent to you once the product has been dispatched. Please use this ID to track the status of your order.
Order Invoice
Every order is shipped with an invoice from Futurix, which you can find in the email ID provided at the time of placing the order.
GST
Please note that Futurix does not extend the GST policy for B2C customers on the Futurix website. Only B2B customers (corporate orders) are eligible to avail of GST invoices.
If you are a B2C customer, please be advised that you will not be able to claim GST invoices for your purchases. We request you to kindly take this into account while making your purchase decision. Futurix will not be responsible for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of this policy by the customer.
When Will Your Order Arrive?
We work towards ensuring that each item in your order is shipped within 2 working days from the date of the order. However, it may sometimes take up to 3 or more working days due to festivals, sale periods, or other mitigating circumstances.
During such events, please do not be alarmed. Your order should reach you within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Payment
You can pay for your order via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through prepaid payment options. Please note that Futurix does not provide COD services for all pin codes.
You can enter your pin code during checkout to confirm if COD is available for your address by clicking on “Check Cash On Delivery Availability” on the checkout page.
You may receive exclusive offers and priority shipping when paying via prepaid payment modes.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please call our customer care number +91 888 2115136 or cancel the order from the My Account section after logging in.
Delayed Delivery of the Product
If you do not receive your order within the designated time period, you may choose to cancel the order. The full amount will be refunded within the next 14 days.
Futurix is not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banks, natural calamities, or national holidays.
If the order is cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
Return & Replacement Policy
Futurix does not offer a return policy once the product is delivered and opened by the customer.
In case the product has a technical issue, a replacement request can be raised within 7 days of order delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched after physical examination of the product. If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned to the customer.
If a ticket is raised after 7 days of delivery but within the warranty period, the product will be replaced with an equivalent-condition product after testing.
If the product to be replaced is out of stock (color/variant), an alternate product of equivalent value will be offered. The warranty will continue as per the original purchase date.
Damaged Product / Wrong Product / Accessories Missing
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing accessories upon delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.

Please keep your order ID and clear images of the product handy to process the replacement or refund.
Attention
If the packaging of your order appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the order.
Attention Regarding Wrong Product Received
If the product received is completely different from what was ordered, it will be treated as a wrong product.
No refund or replacement will be provided for defect-free products based on look & feel, minor shade variations, color differences, or sound quality.
